Last updated: August 2026. These terms explain what you can expect from Homy and what we expect from you. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

What Homy is

Homy is a listing and matching platform. We help people in and around Antwerp find independent trade professionals for small home repairs. That is the whole of our role.

Homy is not the employer of any professional listed here, does not perform the work, does not supervise it, and does not guarantee it. Any agreement about price, timing, scope, invoicing or warranty is made directly between you and the professional. Complaints about work performed should go to the professional first.

Using Homy as a customer

• Searching and contacting professionals is free and does not require an account.
• Rates shown are indicative starting rates given to us by the professional.
• Always agree a price with the professional before work starts.

Listing as a professional

• You must be legally allowed to trade in Belgium and give us an accurate VAT number.
• Your listing goes live only after we've reviewed it, and we may decline or remove it.
• Listings run on a subscription. You can cancel any time from your MyHomy billing page.
• You are responsible for your own insurance, licences and tax obligations.

Reviews

Ratings shown on Homy come from a professional's public Google listing. We display them for convenience and do not verify individual reviews.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Homy is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from work arranged through the platform. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
